Webpage Advertising Rates
The New Jersey Library Association is pleased to provide you with an
exciting opportunity to advertise your products and services to key
decision-makers in more than 2000 special, public and academic libraries
throughout the
state and across the nation. You can now reach out to current and potential
customers through the NJLA website, which averages well over 35,000
page requests per week. We offer ads on two heavily trafficked pages and
a
classified ads section at attractive rates. In addition we offer specially
priced combination packages.
Advertisements on the webpages are available as follows:
• One business card size advertisement on the homepage per quarter.
• One business card size advertisement on the Job Hotline page per quarter.
Advertising rates are $1000.00 per quarter with the option to renew for
the next quarter if no other advertiser has reserved the space. The quarterly
dates the ad will be posted are below. If the first of the month for the
quarter falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday the ad will be posted on
the next business day.
• July 1 - September 30
• October 1 - December 31
• January 1 - March 31
• April 1 - June 30
Payment
Commitment to reserve a webpage ad space must be made 6 weeks prior
to the start of the quarter. Payment and a signed invoice/confirmation
must be received at the NJLA office no later than two weeks prior to the
start
of the quarter.
Classified Ads Section
•
A separate webpage is available for business card size ads with links
to the advertiser’s webpage and e-mail address.
• Ads will be arranged in the following categories:
• Library Materials
• Library Services
• Performers
• Other
• Advertising rates are $250.00 per quarter or $900.00 per year.
Combination
Discounts
• Discounted rates for advertising in both the classified section
of the webpage and a business card ad in the print newsletter are $450.00
per
quarter or $1700.00 per year.
• A full page insert ad in the print newsletter plus an ad on the NJLA
homepage or Job Hotline page in the same quarter is $2250.00
per quarter (10% discount).
• A business card ad in the print newsletter plus an ad on the NJLA homepage
or Job Hotline page in the same quarter is $1125.00 per quarter
(10% discount).
Ad Specification:
• All ads must be 200 x 100 pixels.
• All files must be saved as either JPG or PNG formats. GIF files cannot
be accepted.
• Advertisements shall not exceed 100k in size
