2019 NJLA Tech Bootcamp- Cybersecurity & Privacy

If your library was hacked and your computers held for ransom, what would you do?  Join us for an all day Tech Boot-Camp to learn about cybersecurity for you library and for you patrons.  Libraries should be centers for promoting information literacy on digital privacy and cybersecurity.

The New Jersey Library Association’s Technology Section is hosting a “Tech Boot Camp” on cyber-security and privacy on Tuesday, April 30th at the Shi Conference Center in Somerset, New Jersey, from 9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.  This program is opened to all libraries, public, academic, private, and school.

Program fee is free for all NJLA members.  This event is sponsored by Shi International Corp.  Lunch and light breakfast refreshments will be provided by Shi, when registering please let us know of any allergies or food restrictions.  Shi will be provided with attendees names and emails for security clearance and wifi.
