Director, Caldwell Public Library, Caldwell

The Caldwell Public Library is the heart of a small community of just under 8,000 residents in western Essex County. Located in the center of town, the library is an active member of the community, enjoying the mutual support of local businesses and working closely with the local schools (public, parochial, and university). We provide our diverse community with a wide array of literary, cultural, historical, educational, and social resources through personal service and innovative programs. When you join our team, you will have the support of friendly and highly qualified staff and a welcoming Board, making for a very pleasant working atmosphere.

The entire lower level of the library was just completely renovated (opened June 2019), which includes the children’s room and all the private staff areas – conference room, director’s office, work room, kitchen, storage, etc. The June updates also included brand new computers throughout the building, new windows, and other improvements.
