The Fundraising & Store Committee is now accepting applications for vendors to participate in the Market pop-up at the first joint NJLA/NJASL Conference, taking place February 2026 at the Hard Rock Resort in Atlantic City. The Market provides vendors with the opportunity to host their own table, showcase their creations or products and sell directly to conference attendees. Participation will be based on a revenue-share model.

The 2026 conference in partnership with NJASL will be Feb. 17-19 at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. Schedule details will be available in the fall.

Conference Committee is soliciting ideas for pre-conference programming. Workshops will run from 1:00–4:00 PM on Tuesday, February 17. Pre-conference workshops are a great way to take a deep dive into a complex or challenging topic and allow for more audience participation and interaction.

Past workshops have covered topics such as building a sustainable library, handling difficult patrons and writing effective incident reports, and exploring artificial intelligence. Please send your ideas to our new email address: conference@njla.org.

 

Each and every year, NJLA, NJASL and NJLTA invite all types of librarians and library workers, supporters and vendors to participate in engaging discussion, thoughtful workshops and presentations, networking and professional development during this three-day conference.
