A Note About Religious and Cultural Observances

NJLA and NJASL strive to design a conference experience that is welcoming, inclusive, and accessible. As part of the planning process, we carefully consider conference dates in relation to major religious and cultural observances. Despite this effort, constraints related to venue availability, capacity, and scheduling for a joint conference can limit viable date options.

The dates of the NJLA/NJASL Joint Conference coincide with Ash Wednesday, Lunar New Year, and Ramadan. We recognize that this overlap may affect how some attendees are able to participate.
