Self-awareness is the foundation of effective leadership—it shapes how we communicate, make decisions, and inspire others. Yet research shows that while most people think they're self-aware, only a small percentage actually are. In this interactive virtual session, led by Elissa Zylbershlag, M.Ed., founder and owner of Work Wise Labs, and hosted by the Administration and Management Section, leaders will explore what self-awareness truly means and why it matters. While this is just a small part of a much deeper journey, it’s a meaningful place to start.

Participants will walk away with practical, actionable strategies they can begin using right away to better understand themselves, recognize how others perceive them, and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Brought to you by the Administration and Management Section.
