Technology overview and instructions

NJLA is working on purchasing a new technology platform. In the meantime, let us explain our Franken-system.

 NJLA.org (Memberclicks)
Our main site. This is where members log in to sign up for classes, look at the calendar, pay their membership dues, get organizational news, etc. As a committee or section leader, this is where your e-list messages originate and are stored. If you are sending to your e-list, you must use the email address associated with your njla.org account

 NJLAmembers.org (Drupal 7)
This is the website where committees and sections can maintain their own web pages. Members can view minutes, agendas, and bylaws here. In the past, minutes, agendas and bylaws were uploaded to this website. In July 2024 we switched to storing all these files on the organization's Google Drive. Links on the committee and section webpages will be updated to redirect to the Google Drive in the coming weeks.

Each committee or section will elect one or two people to become site editors. The njla.org login information does not work here. You will need a separate account to edit pages on this website.

If you have ever held a leadership position in NJLA, it is likely that you already have an account on this website. Go to njlamembers.org/login to login or reset your password.

  • Drupal Instructions (coming soon)

 Google Shared Drives (Google)
Drive.google.com is where all committees and sections will store their files. It is imperative that all files are stored on this Drive. For more information and instructions, see Archival Procedures.
