Committee and section public-facing Information

Information that is made available to the public is posted to njlamembers.org. Each committee and section should provide the following information and keep their information up-to-date. One or two people from your committee or section should selected to edit and upload to njlamembers.org. The site is running Drupal 7. To request edit access, send an email to [email protected].

 Front Page

• The front page for committees should include a brief description of the committee's purpose, authorization, composition, and function. For examples, see Scholarship Committee and Fundraising Committee.
• The front page for sections should include a brief description of the section's purpose and goals. For an example, see the Library Workers of Color Section.

 Minutes

• Your site on njlamembers.org contains a link to your Meeting Minutes. Minutes are saved on your committee or section's Shared Google Drive. Click here to learn more about the Shared Google Drive.

 Leadership

• Committee and section leadership names and email addresses should be kept current.

 Extra Info

• Visitors also have access to your bylaws which are stored on your Shared Google Drive. Please be sure the link points to your most up-to-date bylaws files.
• You are welcome to add any other information you want to your group's pages
