2025 Job Board Update: NJLA supports pay transparency. 

The Executive Board approved NJLA's 2025 salary guide on Nov. 19. The guide is effective Jan. 1. NJLA recommends staff receive annual increases of at least 2.6075%, or the minimum starting recommendation for the position, whichever is greater. Employees 18 or older must be paid the state minimum wage of $15.49 per hour in 2025. There may be exceptions to the minimum wage for small employers.
