meeting schedules and the NJLA calendar

The best way to go about picking a meeting time is poll your members using your e-list. You may want to take a look at the NJLA calendar to make sure it conflicts with as few other meetings as possible. We are finding that many groups are opting for a few in-person meetings per year. Ask your members if they are agreeable to meeting in person and take into account everyone's location.

Once your groups has settled on a regular meeting day and time, fill out this form and the office will add the meeting dates to the calendar.

planning an event

Committees and sections are encouraged to schedule events for their group and for NJLA members. Before planning your event, make sure it follows programming guidelines and the presenter policy. Committees and sections are allotted $200 per fiscal year to help with event costs. See the programming guidelines for details.

Would you like us to create a registration form for you? When you submit your event for the NJLA Calendar, you'll be asked if you want a registration form created.

Promoting your event
